Workshop

Last Sunday of each month, I am offering a workshop around meditation, prayanama and asana. The goal is to share skills to help you go over your day to day life and give you tips to learn to face different type of situations at work or on your private life.

Each session is 1h30 including: meditation or asana technique, guided meditation, Q&A session, prayanama technique, and of course a long relaxation & sound healing
